That was the case with the Homewood Suites by Hilton project outside Washington, D.C., where contractor and designer WPM Construction needed to ensure every aspect of the project was as tightly planned as possible.
Solution
As a longtime collaborator with WPM, American Direct provided design assist services for the project, helping identify the most cost effective openings products on the market for the six-story, 165-room hotel.
With American Direct’s guidance, WPM was able to incorporate a high-tech Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) locking system throughout the building, and use cost and time efficient prefinished steel door frames from Rediframe, saving thousands.
