Challenge
Located in a tiny corner of one of America’s wealthiest cities, the Sage West Apartment complex in Houston was a project that came with high expectations. The owners had a vision for the 22-story, 300-unit complex that included state-of-the-art fixtures, such as openings and access control.
Solution
American Direct took directions provided by the owner about their state-of-the-art vision for the property and used their deep industry knowledge to develop a proposal for doors, frames, hardware and access control that both met the owner’s high expectations and stayed within their budget.
American Direct served as a turnkey partner on the project, handling pre-construction product analysis, product ordering, delivery and installation.
